Downtown Works

Brand new to Downtown San Diego, this co-working space hosts a variety of on-the-go working individuals, meetings and events. Because of its unique and multi-faceted functions and clientele, it was clear that ICE was the right dealership for the job; offering standard product with splashes of custom. The open office space hosts clean and simple touchdown stations in addition to a variety of height adjustable desks, huddle rooms and private offices for rent. ICE’s custom and curated division, WorkShop, was used to create tables and Lounge Pods that serve not only as functional one on one meeting spaces, but also provides pops of color and a natural wood element, bringing the outdoors in. From high profile to the casual creative, this space invites a multitude of guests that feel right at home and energized by the space upon entering.
