Your Key Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal procurement and installation schedules aligned with construction

timelines to ensure timely project completion.

• Organize and lead internal project meetings to review scope, design, schedule, budget, and contract

status.

• Identify logistical considerations, including site access and material delivery constraints, prior to

finalizing project budgets.

• Obtain and evaluate installation quotes at key project milestones.

• Collaborate with installation partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution utilizing a proactive

approach to anticipate and resolve potential challenges.

• Conduct detailed field verifications and document all necessary specifications, ensuring compliance with

construction requirements. Ensure relevant information from General Contractor and other trades that

may impact final order specification (i.e. deductions for drywall, flooring and any other finish materials,

wall alignment, etc.) is included.

• Attend or participate in weekly construction meetings as needed to track project progress and align

with stakeholders.

• Verify power locations in collaboration with General Contractor, when applicable.

• Oversee project site conditions and pre-installation planning, including verifying paths of travel,

building access, and power locations.

• Monitor and track RFIs from general contractors, assessing their impact on project scope.

• Possess a strong understanding of product lines, their field applications, and the proper sequencing

and methods for installation.

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive installation packets for installation partners to ensure efficient

scheduling and execution.

• Utilize PlanGrid for project tracking, documentation, and punch list management.


Your background and Skills

• Minimum of three years of project management or related experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, numerous deadlines, communicate effectively, and navigate competing priorities.

• Construction industry experience preferred

• Familiarity with construction methods, documents and software (Bluebeam) is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Relevant trade-related experience preferred
