Sarah cooper

Sarah joined the ICE family with a breadth of knowledge.  Her 18+ years’ experience in customer service includes sales and management for a Fortune 500 company, as well as project management and coordination at ICE since 2016.  As an ICE Senior Project Coordinator, Sarah is responsible for order processing, tracking, working as the liaison for all parties involved within a project, and assisting in training her colleagues.  By keeping in close communication with all departments and teams, she works diligently to ensure each project runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.  Driven by a team mentality and passion for serving others, she truly enjoys paving the way and setting her fellow team members up for success.  Each day she strives to assure her teammates and clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys exploring new places, solving puzzles or escape rooms, and spending time with family and friends. She can usually be found with her soon-to-be-husband and/or their Maltese/Frenchie mix.
