With 15 years’ experience, including 10 years with Teknion Chicago implementing some of the most iconic and prestigious projects including BMO Harris Bank, Wilson Sporting Goods, McDonald’s, Oprah Winfrey Network, NAI Hiffman, and Chicago Cubs, Sarah an NCIDQ certificate holder and an active IIDA member, brings a wealth of knowledge to ICE as it continues on a fast growth phase.  Sarah also holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design, and has taught interior design on a collegiate level for over 5 years.

In addition to her extensive experience in interior design and project management with demountable walls, architectural interiors, and furniture, Sarah is a proven leader with a focus on large scale corporate annuity accounts. She thrives in leading teams through all phases of the design process to execute complex architectural projects, multi-floor/multi-location developments, both domestically and internationally. She also specializes in internal corporate operations, goal development, change leadership, mentorship, strategic planning, growth initiatives and implementation, budgeting, financial analysis, and RFP execution.

Sarah applies her relentless work ethic, determined passion and creative initiative to all aspects of her career to drive inventive functional design, operational improvements and positively impact culture. Sarah prospers when challenged and has the understanding and technical skillsets to effectively integrate ICE initiatives with Architectural & Design partners, corporate clients, the real estate community and general contractors.
